Tempo Belfast – beginning March 2014

IMG_0921 Developing as a leader takes time. Time to learn, time to put that learning into practice.

Time to reflect and evaluate.

Developing as a leader also happens best in community. When you can journey together and learn from other leaders, at similar stages but leading in different contexts.

We’re starting a new Tempo group in Belfast on 22 March.

Belfast Tempo croppedTempo groups are designed for 20s/30s who are leading a wide variety of mission initiatives (or looking to start one). With 6 experiential workshops spread over 8-9 months there is lots of time to share your learning with your team and put into practice, come back share your learning, and refine you skills in understanding context, communicating vision, developing strategy, building teams and developing your own character.

Tempo has empowered me to a more practical and intentional leadership. Recently one of our volunteers told me “we feel more of a team now” – that’s because I’ve been implementing what I learned in the building teams module.  Dave, Youth & Community Worker

If you are or know a leader in their 20s/30s who wants to grow in their leadership for the sake of those they are serving, in or around Belfast contact us for more information on Tempo and an application form.
