About

Innovista’s vision for Ireland is to see:

People and places across Ireland changed for good through young leaders leading local mission movements

We do this through:

Tempo leadership development groups – a 10 month leadership development experience designed to equip leaders in their 20s and 30s with the skills and character to lead effective local mission.

Collaborations – generating mission-focused regional collaboration among young leaders

Providing community and church-based training workshops that meet the needs of young leaders in that particular setting.

RISE – Area focused leadership development in Dublin’s inner city. A 7-10 week leadership training programme for groups of 5-30 teens ages 14-18  equips teenagers to become sources of hope in their communities through carrying out a community project and learning leadership skills. RISE mentoring programme helps teenagers increase their engagement in school and the local community.

Innovista is a Christian organisation. This drives us to serve and work with everyone. Some of our programmes are specifically aimed at leaders from faith-based contexts, others such as RISE are aimed at those of all faiths and none.

Innovista serves a wide variety of organisations, individuals, community groups, schools and churches as part of our passion to equip young leaders across Ireland to bring hope to their communities.
