dsc_7439We equip leaders and teams to change their communities with the hope of Jesus.

Our vision is to see people and places across Ireland changed for good through leaders leading local mission movements

We do this through:

Tempo Leadership Course
Eight workshops over 18 months equip teams to clarify their purpose and vision, improve their teamwork and lead local mission that serves and transforms their communities

Workshops and Coaching
Partnering with churches and organisations to provide training and coaching focused on their specific needs.

Collaboration and partnerships
Contributing to or generating mission-focused regional collaboration among leaders – for example Praxis in Dublin and Momentum (focused on those involved in youth ministry in Ireland)

Youth Leadership Development
Aimed at transition year pupils in schools, Innovista Ireland’s RISE programme has two elements:

  • RISE Leadership Programme – 7-10 week leadership programme where teenagers learn leadership skills and design and deliver a project to benefit their local community.
  • RISE Mentoring Programme – a follow up to the leadership programme this six session mentoring programme is aimed at increasing educational and community engagement in young people.

RISE has been developed as a resource that  can be run in local schools to serve and build relationships with young people.

Innovista is a Christian organisation. This drives us to serve and work with everyone. Some of our programmes are specifically aimed at leaders from faith-based contexts, others such as RISE are aimed at those of all faiths and none.

Innovista serves a wide variety of organisations, individuals, community groups, schools and churches as part of our passion to equip young leaders across Ireland to bring hope to their communities.
