You want to reach people. You long to see your community changed and your church or ministry grow. You want to steward your influence. But leadership can be overwhelming. It can be difficult to know what to do, to be sure that you’re doing the right things.

Leading for Life provides practical training for leaders who want to get better. Insightful teaching and the time to apply it means that you will end the day ready and able to act.

Join with like-minded people for one day designed to help you and your team.

You will:

1. Gain inspiration and insight from experienced leaders

2. Be helped by purposeful connections with other leaders

3. Have time to process and apply your learning to your own team and ministry

4. Identify your next steps

5. Take action to serve and lead better

Do you want to see things change in your community, your church, your street? This session will give you the practical tools to influence people and understand the process of change.

11.45-13.00 Session 2 – Leading, For Life
Paula Rogers, Counsellor/ Lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy
Leadership can seem daunting yet Jesus tells us that his yoke is easy and his burden is light. how can we lead and serve healthily in a way that is sustainable, stewarding the biggest resource God has given us (ourselves) wisely? What are the stress points that we should watch out for and what can we build into our lives to experience the truth of Jesus’ words?

14.00- 15.15 Session 3 – Stories of Local Mission

15.30-16.30 Session 4 – Where Do We Go From Here?

This will be a time to network and pray with and for one another.
