We believe coaching can be incredibly significant in the development of young leaders. If you have coaching experience and would like to volunteer please contact us.
Our RISE leadership programme works with teenagers in schools and youth groups from tough inner city background. RISE equips teenagers to make a positive difference in their community through learning leadership skills and carrying out a community project.
A volunteer group facilitator giving 1.5 hours a week for 8-10 weeks will provide teenagers with a positive role model and enable them to put their learning into practice in their community.

Volunteering with Innovista – the process
- Submit volunteer application form and volunteer agreement
- Completion of Innovista volunteer interview process
- Reference Check
- Completion of Garda Vetting check
- Attendance at induction and training events
- Adherence to Innovista policies and procedures, including child protection and health and safety
Innovista will provide you with ongoing support and supervision and the opportunity to attend further training.
