Tempo Leadership Course starting in the North West

last-belfast-tempo_2.jpegIn the last eight years we’ve seen over 60 leaders participate in the Tempo Leadership Course in Ireland. The workshops for the course have been rewritten and new workshops added since the first group started in Dublin in 2010.

“Over the last five years, I saw the dream I articulated in Tempo become a reality.”

Ashleigh, Dublin

In all our work with leaders, one of the things we’ve observed that makes the biggest difference is clarity.

The Tempo Leadership Course helps leaders and  teams (whether paid or volunteers) to clarify their vision, improve their teamwork and lead with confidence so that people and communities are changed by Jesus.

“The single most important question I have ever been asked professionally was at the centre of the Tempo experience: how would your context look different if the Kingdom of God came?  I lived more confidently, meaningfully and faithfully because of the dreams and plans that the Tempo Leadership Course caused me to put into action.”

Emma, Mullingar

Our group in Dublin with Alpha and Scripture Union staff and interns have completed four of the eight workshops.

We are excited to be starting another Tempo Leadership Course starting in the North West on 3 March. There are still spaces – if you would like more information contact us.
The North West group will be led by Sam and Rachel Coural, who works in a training role locally, has participated in Tempo and completed a Tempo Train the Trainer Course in Oxford.
